- Manufactured out of Stainless Steel Pipe of 1” diameter and 1.8mm thickness、 and processed in State-of-the-Art Laser cut machinesfor Cutting to Lengths、 Notching and Bent on CNC Pipe Bendingmachines
- Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residualstresses、 before surface protection process
- Coating to black finish、 gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosionresistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbikewill be subjected
- The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware、 Bracketry、Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin togive it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall ofthe Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of abig fall of the Motorbike)
